Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and MySafha (“MySafha”, “we”, “us”) for the use of our mobile app, our website at mysafha.com, and the sites you publish through them. By creating an account or publishing a site, you accept them.

We have tried to write them in plain language. Where they and the law differ, the law wins. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of this agreement.

01What the service is

MySafha lets a small business build a website from a phone and publish it at a web address of the form name.mysafha.com. Depending on your plan it can also take bookings and enquiries on your behalf and show you who has been in touch.

It is deliberately narrow. It is not a general website builder, an online shop with checkout, or a platform for hosting applications. We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops.

02Your account

You need an account to build anything. You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must give accurate information and keep it current.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

An account is for one person or one business. Do not share credentials with people outside your business.

03Your content, and who owns it

Everything you put into MySafha — your text, your images, your prices, your business details — stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.

To run the service we need your permission to do specific technical things with it: store it, back it up, resize and re-encode images, translate it between the layouts we render, and serve it publicly on the site you publish. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to do those things, for as long as you keep the content on the service and only for the purpose of providing it.

You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload — including photographs, logos, and any name or trademark — and that publishing it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You can delete a site, or your whole account, from inside the app. Deletion is real: it removes the site, its published copies, and its submissions. Some data may persist briefly in backups before ageing out.

04Publishing, and your web address

A published site is public. Anyone with the address can see it, and unless you turn off the searchable setting, search engines may index it. Do not publish anything you would not want a stranger to read.

Your address at name.mysafha.com is allocated to you while you use it. It is not sold to you and you do not own it. We may reclaim an address that is unused, that impersonates someone, that infringes a trademark, or that was registered mainly to keep it from someone else or to resell it.

Published versions are kept so you can roll back to an earlier one. Rolling back does not delete the newer version.

05Enquiries and bookings

When a visitor sends you an enquiry or books an appointment, that is between you and them. We carry the message and show it to you; we are not a party to it, we do not verify visitors, and we do not guarantee that anyone who books will arrive.

You are responsible for the service you provide, for honouring or declining bookings, for your own prices and cancellation rules, and for meeting the obligations a business has to its customers where you operate.

Information a visitor gives you through your site is yours to handle, and you are the data controller for it. Our Privacy Policy explains that split.

06What you may not do

Do not use MySafha to publish or send:

  • anything unlawful where you or your visitors are, or that promotes illegal activity;
  • content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or anyone's privacy;
  • material that is sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, or that incites violence;
  • misleading claims about who you are, what you sell, or who endorses you;
  • malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive a visitor into giving up credentials or payment details;
  • bulk unsolicited messaging.

Nor may you probe or attack the service, work around its limits, resell it as your own, or use automated means to create accounts or claim addresses.

07Free and Pro

The free tier lets you build unlimited drafts and keep one published site, with every presentation card, template, and identity, your name.mysafha.com address and its QR code, and a “Made with MySafha” badge on the published site.

Pro adds more than one published site, removal of the badge, bookings and appointments, and insights about your site's visitors. Custom domains are planned but not yet available; nothing in these terms promises a feature that has not shipped.

Two things are never restricted by plan. Your Activity — the enquiries and bookings people send you — is always fully available, because someone reaching you is the point of the product. And we will not take a live site dark to pressure you into paying.

08Payment, renewal, and cancellation

Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly. The price shown to you at purchase is the price your store charges, in your local currency and including any tax it collects.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it. Your store charges the payment method on file within 24 hours before the period ends.

Cancel at any time in your store account settings — Subscriptions in the App Store, or Play Store subscriptions on Android — at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and you keep Pro until that period runs out.

Refunds are handled by the store that took your money, under its policies, not by us. We cannot issue a refund for a store purchase, though we will help you work out who to ask.

If we change the price, we will tell you before it takes effect, and your store will ask you to accept the new price before charging it.

09If a subscription lapses

If Pro ends — you cancel it, or a payment fails — your account returns to the free tier. It does not get deleted.

In practice that means the “Made with MySafha” badge comes back, Pro-only capabilities stop being available, and if you had more than one published site, the extra ones are unpublished. One site stays live.

Your content stays where it is. Restarting Pro restores the capabilities and lets you republish.

10Suspending or ending an account

You can stop using MySafha at any time and delete your account from inside the app.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, that puts the service or other people at risk, or that we are required to act on by law. Where the problem is fixable and there is no urgency, we will tell you first and give you a reasonable chance to fix it. For serious cases — illegal content, an active attack, fraud — we may act immediately.

If we end your account without cause, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your content.

11Availability

We work to keep MySafha running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, third-party outages, and faults happen. We may change or discontinue parts of the service; if we discontinue something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

Except where the law gives you rights we cannot exclude, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

12Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty euros.

You are responsible for keeping your own copy of anything you could not afford to lose.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give you notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use MySafha after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can delete your account.

The date at the top of this page is when it was last changed.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, and the courts of Vienna, Austria have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, or of the right to bring a claim there.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
