Something not working, or not behaving the way you expected? Write to support@mysafha.com and a person will read it.

Tell us your site's web address and what you were doing when it went wrong. That is usually enough for us to find it without asking you for anything else.

01Getting in touch

Email support@mysafha.com. We answer in English and Arabic, whichever you write in.

We aim to reply within two business days. We are a small operation, not a 24-hour desk, so if you write over a weekend expect the answer at the start of the week.

It helps to include:

  • Your site's web address, if it has one yet.
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version, for anything that looks like a bug.

02Publishing and your live site

Your site goes on the internet when you publish it, and not before. Editing is private: changes you make in the app are saved as you go, but nobody sees them until you publish again.

If publishing reports a problem, the app tells you what needs fixing rather than failing silently — most often a card with no content in one of your languages. Fix what it names and publish again.

A published change can take a moment to appear for visitors. If you have just published and still see the old version, give it a minute and reload.

03Your web address

Every site gets an address at mysafha.com. You choose it when you create the site, and the app checks as you type whether it is free.

If you delete a site that has been published, its address is held rather than released immediately, so nobody else can pick up an address your customers may still have. If you deleted the site yourself, you can claim that address again from the same account.

04Pro and billing

Pro is a subscription sold through Apple, so Apple handles the payment, the receipt and the renewal — not us.

To see, change or cancel your subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds are Apple's to give, and are requested through reportaproblem.apple.com. If you were charged for something that did not work, write to us anyway — we would rather know.

Bought Pro and the app does not show it? Make sure you are signed in to the same account, then use Restore purchases on the Pro screen.

05Your data and your account

You can delete any site from the app, and you can delete your whole account from Account ▸ Delete account. Deleting the account takes your sites off the internet and permanently removes their content, photos and messages.

Messages and form submissions your visitors send you can be exported from site settings at any time, and they are kept for 12 months before being deleted.

For privacy questions, or to make a data-protection request, write to privacy@mysafha.com. What we collect and why is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

06Reporting something serious

If you believe a site published with MySafha infringes your rights, impersonates you, or breaks the law, email support@mysafha.com with the address and what is wrong. We investigate every report.

For questions about the terms themselves, write to legal@mysafha.com.
